At first, I thought this was OTT, fearing that the Righteous (TM Leg-Iron) would savage UKIP for this.
But it begets publicity, which the media tends to deny UKIP. Question Time audience not counted - obviously rigged.

A stupid and un-politician-like tirade against the President of the EU Council and also against the country of Belgium. I did not know much about UKIP but now - I want to know nothing. Childish and rude behaviour is not UK
Anonymous - Farage spoke about his comment about Belgium on Question Time, where he explained that he said it because he believes that Belgium is tearing itself apart, has a weak government, and will soon split into two separate countries.
As for his comments about Van Rompuy, yes, they were abrasive, but no worse than what happens in our Parliament during PMQs.
