Lib Dem Mayor of Watford accused of abusing her position

The Lib Dem Mayor of Watford has been accused by Labour of abusing her post to promote her MP election campaign.

Mayor Dorothy Thornhill has included a personal message and link to her campaign website on a council leaflet that was sent to every household. She says that her personal message was sent with the leaflet to save the council money and that most people probably won't visit the website.
